How do I purchase a gift card?

Gift cards are available in the following amounts $25, $50, $100, and $200. Gift cards are issued via email. You can then print the code or forward the code via email to the recipient.

How do I redeem my gift card or store credit?

eGift Card codes are applied at the shopping cart screen when you are ready to place your next order. Simply add all the items to your cart that you would like to purchase. Proceed to the Verify Shopping Cart screen. At the shopping cart screen, enter the gift card code or discount code box and click Apply. The balance of the code will be taken off your order total. My order has been placed but I need to change something. Can I do that?

While we are unable to cancel orders, we will do our best to accommodate a change to your order. Once your order reaches our shipping team, we will not be able to make any changes. We do our best to ship your order to you as fast as possible, so please email support at papayabranch@gmail.com immediately with any change requests!

I purchased an item yesterday that is on sale today! What is your price adjustment policy?

While we love when our customers snag a great deal, we are unable to refund the price difference if an item goes on sale after a purchase. You are welcome to return the item for store credit and re-purchase the item for the discounted price.

I forgot to enter the discount code at checkout. Can I be refunded for the discount?

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to refund you for the amount of the discount. If you are having an issue getting the discount code to work, please email us at papayabranch@gmail.com. We are able to apply an account credit to your account for the amount of the discount code within 24 hours of your purchase.

How do I shop with you?

Live shopping is so much fun! Make sure you have your notifications enabled so you will get a notification each time we go live! To shop from the App, you don't even need to comment! Simply tap the SHOP button on the bottom left of your screen. You can also tap the picture of the item on the top right of your screen, select your size/color, add to cart, and swipe to pay! It's that easy!

⚡️Swipe to pay, right away! We utilize First, Pay, First Serve. This means that if two people add an item to their cart, the person who pays first gets that item. This way, we can ensure the people who really want these items have the opportunity to purchase them! ⚡️

What does it mean if an item is waitlisted?

If your item is waitlisted, don't get discouraged! If an item has been added to your waitlist, it means the item is currently sold out in the color/size you requested. Keep in mind, being waitlisted could also mean that the item is currently in someone else's cart awaiting checkout. If the customer does not pay, the item will go to the next person in line who is waitlisted for that item! We evaluate each item 24 hours after it posts, and we will reorder (if possible) based on numbers from purchases and our waitlist.

We re-order frequently, but unfortunately there is no way to know if/when a specific item will come back in stock. We receive new shipments weekly so the time frame can vary from 1-6 weeks. You won't pay for the item until it is in stock and ready to ship. At that time, you will receive an email notifying you that the item is back in stock and you can decide if you still would like to purchase. Sometimes our suppliers are unable to fulfill our stock requests, so there is a chance your item may not become available.

What does it mean to Pre-Authorize an item?

Not only does our Pre-Authorization ensure that you won't miss out when the item is restocked, it also moves you to the top of the list‼️

How to use it: Head over to your waitlist on the app (just click the ❤️ icon at the bottom.) Select the item you don't want to miss out on, then select the "pre-authorize now" button at the bottom of the item and swipe to pay!!

How it works: When you pre-authorize an item, you're basically saying-if this item comes back in stock, just charge me and ship it! Whether you're working, with your kids, or just plain busy, you'll still be able to snag your item! Since our pre-authorized customers move to the top of the waitlist, your chances of snagging that item increase significantly!

Changed your mind? No worries! You can still change your mind even after you've pre-authorized the item! Just click the little trash can icon in the top right corner of that item and we will take it off your waitlist!
